Although rarely, if any of the products in your order are out of stock, you will be informed based on the stock status. An alternative product may be offered, the restocking date may be shared, or the price of the out-of-stock item will be refunded to you. If there are other items in the order, they will be shipped without delay, and your order will be completed.

    If your order has not yet been processed, you can contact customer service to request a change in options such as product color, size, or variant. If your order has already been processed or shipped, the change can only be made through a return process once the product has been delivered to you.

    If the contents of the package do not match your order list, you need to report the missing item to customer service within 3 business days. Product details and, if available, photos of the package may be requested. After review, the missing item will be sent to you free of charge or a refund will be issued.

      Yes, you can use the "Different Delivery Address" option while placing the order to send the product as a gift to someone else. You can also add a personalized note to your order. If gift wrapping service is available, you can check the relevant box to make the gift even more special.

      If the status of your order still shows as "Processing," you can use the "Cancel" button on the "My Orders" page or contact customer service to submit your cancellation request. Once the order has been shipped, instead of cancellation, the return process will be applied.
