Yes, you have the right to return products purchased on Markasepeti.com within 14 days from the date of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging, unused, in a resellable condition, and include all accessories. For hygienic products, such as cosmetics and personal care items, the packaging must remain unopened.

    To return a product, simply log in to your account, go to the "My Orders" section, select the relevant order, and click on the "Create Return Request" button. After filling out the form, the system will provide you with instructions for the return process. Shipping information, return codes, and the return address will be displayed on the screen. You can send the product back for free using the specified courier service.

    Once the returned product is inspected by the Markasepeti team, and if it meets the return conditions, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days. The refund will be issued to the payment method you used during the purchase. Depending on the bank system, this period may vary before the amount is reflected on your card.

      Used, washed, tag removed, or damaged original packaging products, as well as personal care items, lingerie, headphones, and other products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons, are not eligible for return. Additionally, personalized products made with special orders are also not accepted for return.

      For return requests made through Markasepeti.com, you will not have to pay for the shipping cost as long as you use the contracted shipping company. However, if you use a different shipping company, the shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.

      If your return request is rejected, the reason will be communicated to you through the system. Usually, this is because the product does not meet the return conditions (used, incomplete, damaged, etc.). In this case, the product will be sent back to you. If you wish to appeal the decision, you can contact Customer Service to request a reassessment.
